The ability to keep our packing materials eco-friendly was a must when deciding to launch an online platform.
We purchase our recycled boxes, tissue paper and stickers from a local packing company which allows us to avoid the environmental damages of shipping such large quantities frequently. We use a material called GreenWrap, which offers similar cushioning and padded protection as bubble wrap but is naturally biodegradable, compostable, SFI-certified, and fully recyclable.
introvert ships to addresses in the United States, excluding P.O. boxes. We do not yet ship internationally.
When your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number including a link to track your package online.
We accept returns received within 30 days of original purchase unless otherwise noted on the product detail page. Items must be returned unused, undamaged and unopened in their original product packaging. The original shipping charge, if any, is not refundable. You are responsible for the return shipping.
1. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and request a return label be emailed to you.
2. Affix the label onto the outside of a box with the product(s) in a securely sealed package.
3. Request a shipping receipt. When the package is received, your funds (the value of the item(s) purchased and any tax applied) will be returned to the original form of payment within 14 days.
-For sanitary purposes, all body tools are a final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
-Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
-Returned items must be returned in original product packaging, unused and/or have the tags still attached.
-Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

Our standard shipping is via USPS. We estimate orders to arrive within 4-5 business days.
Once packages are in the hands of USPS, we have all the same tracking information as you. It is best to directly contact the shipping provider to inquire into any missing orders first.
If you still do not receive your package after speaking with the shipping provider, please contact us at email@example.com. Include your order confirmation number in the email.
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to issue you store credit or to send you replacement products.
If your order arrived damaged, please send a photo of the damaged item to firstname.lastname@example.org so that we may report the damage to our shipping provider, if necessary. Once an email is sent, we will reply back with next steps.

It's already in motion- more and more brands are making big changes in how they test products and are changing the quality of their ingredients. Unfortunately, because of this, there is a ton of "greenwashing" which can be very misleading unless you know what to look for.
