From Introvert to Reverie: A New Chapter

When I started this shop, I named it Introvert—a reflection of my quiet nature and the comfort I find in solitude. In the beginning, it was bigger, busier, and constantly moving. I poured myself into growing it, creating, and working at a fast pace. But as life shifted, so did my perspective.

Becoming a mother has been the most beautiful, transformative experience. I love it deeply. But in the fullness of caring for someone else, I found myself craving something simple yet essential—moments to think, just to think, and moments to create, just to create. I needed space for inspiration to bloom and for creativity to take root. At the same time, I realized my work-life balance had to change.

For a while, I considered closing the shop entirely. But I kept returning to the same thought—I love being able to offer these pieces, to create something meaningful for others, and to share objects that bring beauty and stillness into everyday life. Instead of walking away, I decided to scale back, slow down, and reshape the shop into something that fits the life I want to live.

And in that pause, in the quiet moments I finally allowed myself—I found clarity. It was like water settling after being stirred. When everything was in constant motion, the path ahead felt murky. But in stillness, everything became clear. Taking the time for a reverie, for that quiet mental drifting, helped me see the way forward.

And so, Reverie was born.

This new chapter allows me to move more slowly, to create at a more intentional pace, and to keep my shop small—giving me the freedom to embrace both my role as a mother and my need for a creative outlet. Reverie is a reminder to slow down, to savor the quiet, and to embrace the dreamy in-between moments.

More than just a shop, Reverie is about creating space—for thought, for beauty, for small rituals that bring a sense of calm. Each piece is thoughtfully made or chosen to help you carve out a moment for yourself—whether it’s a handmade mug for a slow morning, a candle for a peaceful evening, or small objects that invite reflection. Reverie is here to offer all the goods needed for a quiet moment of solitude—even if it's just a short one.

This shift is intentional, and it’s deeply personal. My pace will be unhurried, my collections more thoughtful, but the heart behind it remains the same.

Thank you for being here, for growing with me, and for embracing this new chapter.

Until the next reverie,
