After a long day of working and running a household, how do you take time for yourself? We created a step-by-step routine for you to have the ultimate self-care experience that will leave you ready to melt into bed. 

01. SET THE MOOD

02. EXFOLIATE YOUR BODY

Use a dry brush or body scrub to remove dry, dead skin cells before your bath. It's like the last layer of undressing before hopping in the tub.

04. TOWEL OFF

Hydrate your body with oils and moisturizer. Take your time with this step - the act of massage will help relieve tension and ease you into a good night's sleep.

06. CARE FOR YOUR FACE

Add a facial massage to your skincare routine during the oil cleanse or the facial oil before moisturizer. To lift and sculpt, use deep stimulating motions, if you have more sensitive, acne-prone or oily skin, try a lighter touch with less pressure. Always move up and out avoiding the gentle skin around your eyes. Use your ring fingers to softly press and roll from under the inner to the outer corners of the eyes to alleviate puffiness. Follow with the rest of your skincare steps.
